My name is Geoffrey Kenner and I am a Director and Director of Photography specializing in the holistic architecture of the image. My practice does not stop at exposure; it traces the complete cinematic pipeline — from the first sketch of an idea, through the mechanistic precision of VFX and post-production, to the final mathematically rigorous image pipeline of the color grade. I possess a keen knowledge of Color Science, ensuring that the light captured on set survives the journey to the cinema projector with its complex intent intact.
While most chase beauty per shot, I chase fidelity to the event of filming. I treat every project as a break from the obvious. Rather than imposing a signature "look," I deploy a specific philosophical framework to fit the story's internal truth.
From the conception of a visual language to the collaborative art of principal photography, and through the final render of the digital intermediate, I act as the guardian of infinite possibilities, delivering more at every step of the process. I ensure that the shadows hold their mystery, the frame breathes with purpose, and we immerse ourselves in a vision.
